City Manager seeks comment on District Library proposal
![]() |
Harbor Springs City Manager Tom Richards is inviting comments on the proposal to locate a new district library building on city property on the corner of M-119 and Hoyt St.:
"In anticipation of the expected community interest and opinions on the proposed site for the District Library facility, we've opened up an opportunity for residents to easily submit their comments via the city's website.
When a visitor puts their cursor on the "Contact The City" tab, they'll see the "Public Comment Form" option pop up. Clicking on that will open up a form where they can choose the topic; "District Library Location"
By filling out the form and submitting a comment, I will receive their comment and it will then be shared with the Council and Planning Commission."
This is part of the February 3, 2010 online edition of Harbor Light Newspaper.
