Action on downtown hotel proposal tabled by Harbor Springs planning commission

The Harbor Springs Planning Commission took comments from three people during a packed public hearing Thursday, Jan. 18 concerning a proposed Cottage Company condo-hotel project in downtown Harbor Springs. With only five planning commission members in attendance, further action on the proposal was tabled until a special meeting set for Jan. 30 at 6 p.m.
