Harbor Springs voters okay sinking fund

    Initial tallies Tuesday night showed the Harbor Springs Public Schools request for a 0.66 mill building and site sinking fund millage tax passed by a vote of 491-386, a margin of 105 votes.
    The request for renewal of the 13.9911 mills non-homestead tax also passed easily with 660-214 vote.
